The Assistant Project Manager position has a thorough knowledge of duties and responsibilities and able to assist in managing small complex projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ability to assist in managing small projects: Revenue quota – $1,000,000 minimum, Gross Profit quota – $400,000 minimum OR previously agreed upon Revenue and GPM Goal.
    • Assist project managers for selected accounts.
    • Ensure quality service.
    • Maintain schedules.
    • Reporting and billing.
    • Manage costs and revenue.
    • Timely billing.
    • Secondary focal point for all customer relationship issues.
    • Identify and ensure we meet all customer expectations: Scope of work or SLAs, Equipment, Professional services, and reporting & billing process.
    • Ability to assist in recognizing issues with the delivery and performance.
    • Ability to complete projects within budget.
    • Maintain the company's high standard of quality and professionalism with regards to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior and appearance.
    • Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.

Qualifications and Experience:

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • College education or degree highly desirable.
    • Project coordinator skills.
    • Highly proficient with the use of personal computer, including email, spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office programs.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

    • Full time – 40 hours per week
    • Available during normal business hours 8am – 5pm
    • Office is located in Mt. Laurel, NJ
$55,000 - $65,000 a year
