Wachter is accepting applications for Corporate Travel Coordinator in our Lowell, AR office. This position will arrange business travel for both field and office employees, identifying the most cost-effective and efficient travel arrangements and making necessary reservations for accommodations.
Work schedule 8 am to 5pm  Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & Monday.
Days off: Tuesday and Wednesday

Requirements:

    • High school diploma required; some higher education preferred.
    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • High energy and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong working knowledge of the travel industry.
    • Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to assess multiple options and to identify the best choice to serve a specified goal.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
    • Ability to join on-call rotation, happening once every 4 to 5 weeks.

Responsibilities:

    • Monitor Shared Travel Request Queue.
    • Assist Field Technicians and Office Staff with hotel accommodations and other travel arrangements.
    • With each request, research and compare available hotel and/or travel cost and availability to identify the best available option.
    • Obtain approval from management for travel requests and expenses that exceed established limits.
    • Prepare travel itineraries and distribute travel arrangements and schedules to all appropriate staff.
    • Daily/Weekly tracking of hotel rooms booked, by job number.
    • Monitor Inbox for daily tasks/questions from office or field employees.
    • Assist field or office staff with purchasing material and supplies.
    • Distribute Per Diem Advances upon request as well as track and facilitate weekly payback.
    • Monitor and facilitate the use of company credit cards.
    • Process reimbursements for travel expenses.
    • Allocate monthly bills to appropriate departments and job numbers.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.
$16 - $16 an hour
