The BIM/CAD Manager will be responsible for overseeing and growing the team of drafters, operators, and designers in support of our design, Project management, and Engineering divisions of ICT technologies including but not limited to:
· Structured Cabling
· Network/Wireless
· Audio-Video
· Video Surveillance
· Access Control
· Burg and Fire Alarm

Responsibilities:
- Daily supervision of the team and workflow.
- Coach, train, and mentor team of drafters, operators, and designers.
- Build and maintain libraries of stencils, symbols, etc.
- Manage and maintain standard practices and procedures.
- Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to standards.
- Any other responsibilities deemed necessary by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-years using Autodesk AutoCAD and/or Revit drafting experience.
- Preferably for Technology and/or MEP type industries.
- Experience with commercial and industrial type spaces.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft suite.
- Previous management experience is preferred.
$30 - $40 an hour
Based on experience. Travel relocation assistance up to $5,000.
