Position Description:
 
We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our ICE team in our Michigan offices. Candidates must have a high school diploma and zero to three years of experience. A background in design, project management, sales, and customer service is preferred. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule available after 30 days of employment. 

Typical responsibilities include:

    • Maintain customer relations by phone and emails 
    • Maintain excellent client relations 
    • Generate basic 2-dimensional drawings
    • Record all actions in a database software
    • Follow up with customers and co-workers
    • Coordinate between customer, coworkers, and clients
    • Identify and fix errors
    • Conduct Field Visits
    • Attend meetings as needed
    • Maintain a safe working environment

Education:

    • High school diploma required

Skills/experience:

    • 0-3 years of related experience required
    • A background in design, project management, sales, and customer service is preferred
