Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced, well-connected Real Estate Analyst to identify and acquire properties that meet our investment criteria, focusing on strong rental yields and capital appreciation potential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the North American real estate market, ability to build a strong industry network (e.g., realtor, property manager, etc.), and a proven track record of securing off-market, below-market-value, or high-potential investment opportunities.
Job Description:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key regions (e.g., by zip codes, cities, etc.) to invest in real estate assets.
- Source and secure residential properties with high yield and capital appreciation potential across the US.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, property managers, and developers.
- Conduct initial due diligence, including market analysis, financial projections, and risk assessment.
- Negotiate favorable terms for property acquisitions and assist in transaction management and completion.
- Ensure all sourced properties comply with relevant US property laws and sourcing regulations.
Job Specification:
- Proven experience in property sourcing, real estate investment, or deal structuring in the North American market.
- Track record to build a strong network of contacts and manage relationships with 3rd parties.
- Deep understanding of property valuation, market trends, and investment analysis.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
