Wahi Inc., a cutting-edge real estate prop-tech company, is seeking a talented and innovative multi-platform content creator with a deep understanding of social media. In an exciting and dynamic environment, working with our revolutionary real estate technology, we aim to create digital and social content that resonates with our audience and stands out in the competitive landscape of the real estate industry.
As the Digital and Social Content Producer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing original content for our prop-tech solutions and services, with a specific focus on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.

You should be well-versed in emerging trends, thrive in social media spaces, and have a genuine passion for sharing compelling stories that showcase the potential of our prop-tech solutions. Your ability to take initiative, embrace feedback, and utilize your creative skills and strategic thinking to achieve measurable results will be crucial. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for design, excels in copywriting, and is dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop highly engaging social content that promotes our prop-tech solutions and services across platforms, such as  YouTube and Instagram, to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Contribute to the daily posting and moderation of content on various social media platforms.
- Craft compelling and effective copy that effectively communicates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with the product team to conceptualize and execute cross-platform content strategies that showcase the value and benefits of our prop-tech solutions.
- Conduct and host interviews and collaborate with real estate professionals to produce captivating digital content, focusing on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts.
- Ensure timely and accurate content delivery while maintaining the brand voice and tone across all platforms.
- Produce and package digital assets, while assisting in the development of social media templates and creative materials, include but not limited to videos, podcasts, infographics, carousels… etc.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and develop comprehensive content plans and presentations.
- Write and publish relevant web content as needed to support our prop-tech initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news, trends, and digital and social media innovations in the real estate and prop-tech space.
- Monitor metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of content initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing.


Critical Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a social media producer/editor, with a proven track record in digital storytelling and audience growth.
- Expert knowledge of major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook, with a strong understanding of their best practices and algorithms.
- Genuine interest in real estate and the prop-tech industry, staying informed about the latest trends, news, and discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to approach real estate news and content with a critical and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in technical tools such as Photoshop, Canva, video editing software, and video and podcast production skills.
- Experience leveraging social media analytics platforms to inform content strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating creativity and meeting challenging timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high content standards.
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player.
- Portfolio or examples showcasing previous social content production experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Photography/videography skills.
- Experience with social media measurement, listening, and analytics tools, including familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and industry benchmarks.
- Knowledge of content management systems
- Prior knowledge or experience in the real estate industry is an asset.
