A project manager to manage the localization of products and collaterals, focusing on the Japanese market as a major strategic market for WalkMe. You will be responsible for implementing and executing the localization strategy, managing translation projects from beginning to end. You will manage and maintain collaboration with Developers, Product managers,  Go-To-Market teams and  translators to produce an efficient translation workflow that ensures the product, services and website are well localized.

What will you actually be doing?

    • Define and execute localization strategy and work process focusing on the japanese market
    • Tracking and monitoring of translation projects, reporting of progress to internal stakeholders
    • Understand and balance various aspects including: time, capacity, quality.
    • Ensure the collaboration of cross-functional teams.
    • Work closely with RnD, Go-To-Market teams and the japanese sales team 
    • Drive, implement and track projects’ KPIs.

What should you bring to the table?

    • Fluent japanese, English and hebrew - Must
    • 2 years as a PMO in Tech company
    • Experience in localization standards (advantage) 
    • Excellent ability to plan and organize with high standards and with outstanding attention to detail and priority-oriented approach.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to resolve conflicts.
    • Proactive, responsible, independent, assertive, quick learner and self-managed.
