WalkMe is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team and support our rapidly growing SaaS company.
If you are a highly motivated, independent, self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment, WalkMe is where you want to be! We view the ideal candidate as one who has excellent business acumen and experience running commercial agreements from start to finish. In this challenging position, you will work as a part of WalkMe's legal team on an array of transactions and contracts negotiations.

What will you actually be doing?
- Drafting and negotiating various types of commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, partner agreements, DPA, NDA, RFPs and supporting documentation with international customers and partners, while ensuring compliance with complex legal matters and mitigating risks.
- Drafting and negotiating various types of vendor license and services agreements.
- Providing legal support and advice to the company’s departments – R&D, IT, marketing, finance, HR and Operation.
- Working closely with the company's management and business teams globally to advise on a wide variety of commercial, regulatory matters while ensuring their compliance.
- Handling various corporate matters related to the Company and its subsidiaries globally.
- Developing a strong understanding of the company technology and provide timely, practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations.
- Take part and contribute to other legal projects as needed.
What should you bring to the table?
- At least 7 years of relevant legal commercial experience in a commercial/Hi-Tech department of a leading law firm or as an in-house legal counsel in a high-tech company.
- Fluent English with excellent drafting skills (English mother tongue level – Preferable).
- Experience in SaaS agreements & data protection laws – Preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
- Business orientation and can do approach.
- Team player and a deal maker.
- Ability to work flexible hours across different time zones.
