The Senior Director of Brand will lead WalkMe’s brand function across positioning, visual identity, social media, thought leadership, and brand experience. The role unifies these domains under a cohesive strategy that drives external validation, builds brand equity, and maintains consistency across public-facing channels. It owns external storytelling through customer champions and subject‑matter experts—complementing Analyst and Media Relations efforts. Scope includes direct oversight of the Social Media, Brand Experience (including the Brand Experience Manager), Design, and Content teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Own the overarching brand narrative, messaging architecture, and visual guidelines, setting guardrails so Content and Product Marketing teams craft channel‑specific stories and product positioning within that framework.
- Build and maintain a strategic roadmap for brand expression across digital, experiential, and social channels.
- Partner with Product and Program Marketing and Executive Leadership to align brand messaging with go‑to‑market strategy and business goals.
- Thought Leadership & Brand Voice
- Develop a structured thought‑leadership program that amplifies WalkMe’s authority through executives, customer champions, and industry‑relevant narratives.
- Partner with Customer Advocacy to extend the reach of customer stories and reinforce market credibility.
- Ensure a consistent, differentiated brand voice across all owned and earned channels.
- Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Own WalkMe’s corporate social media presence, channel mix, content calendar, and engagement targets.
- Lead the Social Media team in developing data‑driven campaigns that advance the brand narrative and support demand generation.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategy to expand reach, engagement, and share of voice.
- Design & Creative Oversight
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Design team.
- Ensure the brand’s visual identity remains modern, consistent, and aligned across all formats and platforms.
- Oversee the review and approval of brand‑critical creative deliverables.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Directly manage team members across Social Media, Brand Experience, Design, and Content.
- Build a high‑performance culture across brand‑related functions, focusing on alignment, execution, and talent development..
- Executive Branding & Market Voice
- Guide the development of executive-level messaging and visibility strategies.
- Oversee the strategy for executive presence across external channels including social platforms and industry events.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years in brand leadership roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, spanning brand, creative, social, and thought leadership.
- Proven success in managing and scaling brand functions, including social, experiential, visual identity, and content development.
- Experience collaborating with senior executives and shaping corporate narratives through trusted customer and industry voices.
- Strong design sensibility and familiarity with brand governance.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross‑functional alignment and own outcomes in a matrixed environment.
- Experience overseeing the production of high‑impact brand assets, including video, motion, and awareness campaigns.
- Native or mother-tongue level English is mandatory.
