With a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, we are seeking a skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia.
Position Overview: As the Marketing Manager, APAC, you will be responsible for driving and executing effective field marketing strategies and programs to support WalkMe's growth and brand awareness in the APAC region. You will work closely with the global Vice President of Demand Marketing, General Manager of APAC, and the broader local and global Field Marketing team. You’ll also collaborate with the global marketing teams, local sales teams, and channel partners to develop and implement regional marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

    • Regional event planning and execution: Plan, organise, and execute regional marketing events, including seminars, trade shows, conferences, and customer engagement programs. Manage logistics, budgeting, vendor relationships, and post-event follow-up.
    • Develop and execute APAC field marketing strategies: Collaborate with the local leaders and global marketing teams to adapt global marketing programs and initiatives to the APAC region, ensuring they align with regional market needs and objectives.
    • Partner marketing: Collaborate with channel partners to execute joint marketing programs and initiatives that enhance WalkMe's presence in the APAC market. Provide marketing support, enablement, and co-marketing opportunities to channel and alliance partners.
    • Reporting and analysis: Track, measure, and report on the performance of field marketing programs and campaigns. Provide regular updates and insights to the marketing team and stakeholders.

    • Experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in the technology industry.
    • Experience planning and executing successful marketing events and campaigns.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, channel partners, and customers.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on marketing performance.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Understanding of the APAC market, cultural nuances, and business practices.
    • Proficiency in event management software and CRM platforms is a plus.
