The Opportunity
As the Senior PMM, Solutions Marketing, you will drive the development of compelling messaging, differentiated value propositions, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with key audiences—including line-of-business (LOB) buyers (e.g., HR, Sales, IT) and industry segments. Your work will ensure WalkMe’s solutions are clearly positioned in the market and closely aligned with the business outcomes our buyers care about.

You’ll partner closely with the marketing programs team and field marketing to shape and activate solution narratives through integrated demand programs that generate pipeline, accelerate deal cycles, and deepen customer engagement. In addition, you’ll play a critical role in enabling the field—equipping sellers with clear messaging, effective sales plays, and tools that support every stage of the buyer journey.

What You Will Do as a Senior PMM, Solutions Marketing:

    • Define and evolve solution-level messaging and positioning that aligns WalkMe’s capabilities with specific buyer needs and use cases.
    • Partner with demand generation and field marketing teams to activate narratives through integrated campaigns, industry events and programs that drive demand and pipeline.
    • Create sales enablement content and sales plays that equip field teams to position WalkMe effectively in the context of business challenges.
    • Develop compelling assets such as solution overviews, pitch decks, one-pagers, solution-focused videos and customer-facing collateral that support GTM execution.
    • Continuously gather input from field teams, sales leaders, customers, and partners to iterate on messaging and enablement tools.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, product management, customer marketing to ensure consistency and alignment.

Who You Are:

    • 5–7 years of product or solutions marketing experience in B2B enterprise tech
    • Familiarity with Sales, HR, or IT buyer audiences and experience marketing to global enterprise customers
    • Excellent communicator and storyteller who can simplify complexity and craft value-based messaging across marketing channels
    • Proven collaborator with a strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
    • Self-starter with strong project management skills, a bias to action, and a growth mindset
    • Comfortable working at both strategic and executional levels in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between ¢127,800 to ¢184,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits as part of our competitive total rewards package.
