WalkMe is looking for a Salesforce Business Engineer to join our growing Information Systems team to help develop and maintain our Salesforce application.
The ideal candidate will be as passionate about business processes as they are about building them. As a Business Analyst, you will interface with businesses to ensure timely and effective delivery of Salesforce solutions for the business requirements. This role entails collaboration with executive leaders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What will you actually be doing?

    • Work on a complex, wide scoped Salesforce system covering Marketing, Sales, Presales, Channel, Deal Desk, Customer Success, Customer Support, Professional Services and Finance processes.
    • Lead projects end-to-end: full definition and design, implementation, development, training & communicating to stakeholders.
    • Provide tactical support for any issues and bugs that are reported on the Salesforce platform.
    • Build systems, integrate third-party tools, migrate data and provide ongoing support to our stakeholders.
    • Build and deliver solutions using point and click, code, 3rd party tools and APIs.
    • Create clear, concise and complete functional specifications & think through problems to make actionable recommendations.

What should you bring to the table?

    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Engineering or Software Engineering
    • 2+ years experience with Salesforce
    • Solid experience of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
    • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce customizations: Flow, Validation Rules, Sharing Rules & Permissions, Reports & Dashboards
    • Experience with Salesforce Apex and Lightning Web Components (is a plus)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hebrew)
    • Team player with the highest level of integrity - this is a WalkMe core value
