As the Customer Experience Executive you will ...
- Accounting/Finance Domain background is mandatory
- Support walking customers through solutions through calls/emails/chats.
- Guide customers on product features, product selection, configuration and implementation.
- Coordinate with designers and developers for the corrections in product and report bugs.
- Testing product functionalities with real-life use cases.
- Collect feedbacks and generate ideas.
- Very good communication skills is must since its a remote job
