Position Overview:
The Retail Account Manager handles retail sales billing within the Consumer Business Unit and overseeing a diverse distribution channel comprising wholesalers, sub-wholesalers, retailers, group purchasing centers, and small distributors. Reporting directly to the team manager, this role involves representing the Panda brand to key stakeholders across various sectors, including major retailers (ECI, FNAC, MediaMarkt), wholesalers, distributors, electronic channels, and e-tailers.

Key Responsibilities:
1.    Provide comprehensive support to the commercial team of wholesalers, focusing on strategic initiatives, policy implementation, channel optimization, customer retention, advertising, and merchandising, while facilitating training programs to drive sellout success.
2.    Develop customized business plans tailored to the unique needs of the channel, with a keen focus on adjusting marketing budgets to maximize effectiveness.
3.    Measure success by achieving objectives related to new business generation, customer retention, and growth with assigned partners, ensuring sustained profitability and expansion within the market.

Primary Role:
As a Retail Account Manager in the cybersecurity sector, the primary responsibility is to nurture and enhance partnerships with channel affiliates to drive sales and revenue growth. This includes fostering strong relationships with various channel players and promoting the adoption of cybersecurity solutions across the partner ecosystem.

Additional Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and expand the representation of the portfolio at the point of sale, particularly focusing on enhancing security solutions for home users.
    • Introduce and train customers on new product offerings.
    • Expand the retail area by identifying new customers and sales opportunities.
    • Negotiate with resellers and partners to implement Panda Dome solutions, including rebates and objectives.

Requirements:

    • Prior experience in the two-tier/channel sales ecosystem, preferably within the network/cybersecurity space.
    • Proven track record of sales excellence, plan development, and quota achievement.
    • Strong presentation, written communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work autonomously and remotely, proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish.
