The Role
As we expand our presence in France, we are searching for a Sales Support Specialist. The right candidate will be motivated to elevate the service experience for our clients, be solution oriented, and fluent in both French and English (spoken and written language fluency).

The Responsibilities

    • Deliver exceptional customer-centric service and order management to internal & external customers
    • Own the order management process from pre-order through delivery
    • Manage shipping and backorder activities for assigned orders while proactively resolving issues.
    • Partner with Sales Consultant, Client Services, and Technical Support Team to resolve client issues in timely manner and to client’s satisfaction
    • Be a regular presence in Paris office/showroom location to greet and interact with clients
    • Prepare for client meetings in office/showroom location and perform follow up (sending samples, quotes, etc.)
    • Submit requests for returns, Credit Memo, Transfer of Funds, or Refund of Funds on behalf of the sales team in accordance with company policy
    • Support the sales team with pre-sale activities like quote/order entry; sample requests; processing and collecting payments
    • Other operational responsibilities may include greeting clients, preparing materials and workspace for sales meetings, sending samples via courier
    • Other duties or projects around order and project management as assigned

What You Will Need for Success

    • Fluency in English and French languages (spoken and written) is required
    • 3+ years administrative or project management experience
    • Strong organizational and follow up skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
    • Great communications skills, verbal and written
    • Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft office
    • Driven to exceed goals and client expectations
    • Knowledge of plumbing and/or construction a plus
    • Art/Interior design or luxury retail/service experience preferred
