Responsibilities
- Own order management process from pre-order through delivery while delivering exceptional customer-centric experiences to internal partners and external customers.
- Manage all communications to internal departments and external clients to ensure order accuracy, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Manage and track all order reporting data.
- Support the Showroom Sales Consultants in the sales efforts with pre-sale activities like quotes/order entry, sample requests, and processing and collecting payments.
- Partner with Sales Consultant, Client Services, and Technical Support Team to resolve client issues in timely manner and to client's satisfaction
Requirements
- 3+ years administrative or project management experience.
- Art/Interior design or luxury retail/service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
$25 - $28 an hour
