About The Role:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager of the Growth Team, this is a high-impact role. Our team is measured based on outcomes, not just outputs. The role is full-stack but most of the day-to-day work will be in the front-end.

- Unfazed by the challenge of working in a variety of Wave’s product lines and collaborating with other departments such as Marketing, and CX.

Here's how you will make an impact:
- Helping to define the processes of our emerging growth team
- Share your knowledge and mentor more junior members of the team
- Apply your entrepreneurial mindset to rapid experimentation.
- Own the entire outcome of an experiment, from ideation to the final results.
- Finding the perfect balance between high quality code and getting a project shipped
- Wave is powered by several key technologies. Our primary toolkit includes React, React-Native and TypeScript, and occasionally Python and Django. We also regularly use Segment, FullStory, and Optimizely.
You'll thrive here if you:
- Love working in a complex product ecosystem, identifying customer pain points and finding solutions.
- Are interested in using marketing, psychology and business acumen in solving the problem at hand, rather than just on the code you’re writing.
- Make a habit of using data to guide your decisions.
- Have a bias for action and enjoy working on a high-energy, fast-paced team.
- Enjoy working with other teams and parts of the organization to get the job done.
These are not required, but it would be a nice bonus if you had any experiences in one of the following:
- Mobile development (native or react-native)
- data analytics
- marketing technology
- working on other Growth-oriented teams
