Are you a researcher driven to understand how people use innovative personal finance and investing technology? Do you have a passion for bringing data to life through compelling visualization and storytelling? If so, Wealthfront’s Consumer Insights Researcher role could be right for you. As the newest member of the growing Research team at Wealthfront, you’ll expand our research program for marketing and growth, focusing specifically on customer journeys, product consideration, choice factors, and product usage and advocacy. You’ll spend your time learning why and how customers use our world-class products with the goal of improving the customer experience and helping more people find Wealthfront. You’ll work as a trusted researcher to business partners across the company, including close collaborations with Marketing, Product, and Data Science.

This is an ideal opportunity to help build a research program supporting an ambitious growth plan. The mixed-methods researcher filling this role will be more quantitative by nature, working primarily with survey, product, and social listening data, but also possess skills to design and conduct qualitative research independently.
