About the Role

Wealthfront is looking for a Creative Director with a Copywriting background to help drive the strategic direction, oversee creative development, and ensure impeccable execution from our rapidly growing internal creative team. Wealthfront is a pioneer in automated investing and money management, and we believe our marketing should be as intelligent, as innovative, and as welcome in people’s lives as our product. 

You’ll partner with the Creative Director, Art to bring our brand to life in imaginative and memorable ways. From tentpole brand awareness campaigns and product launches to hard-working paid social and growth marketing, you’ll set the standard, both as a leader and as a hands-on contributor, reliably and efficiently producing exceptional work. You’ll encourage experimentation, and push both junior creatives and your counterparts in marketing and across the organization to see new possibilities.

Preferred Experience

    • 8+ years experience as a copywriter in an agency, production studio or in-house creative team
    • Experience leading teams and managing junior creatives
    • Experience creating campaigns to build both brand awareness and meet performance / acquisition / growth marketing goals across paid, owned, and earned marketing channels, including TV/video, paid social, email, web and others
    • Experience using performance data to make informed decisions about how to reach consumers better
    • Experience working on well-known consumer brands
