About the Team
We’re not just looking for recruiters who fill roles—we’re looking for partners who shape them. You’ll bring data, judgment, and market insight to the table, helping business leaders think strategically about talent. You’ll coach hiring managers, challenge assumptions with empathy, and guide the business toward long-term, high-impact hiring decisions.
We are hiring recruiters at all levels across both our technical and non-technical teams.
We’re building a team that’s equal parts analytical and creative—AI-fluent, forward-thinking, and obsessed with improving both process and experience. You’ll own high-impact searches, collaborate across the business, and be trusted to run recruiting like a business function: measured, data-driven, and always one step ahead.
This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates with clarity, and builds trust by delivering outcomes. If you’re someone who can interpret data, influence leaders, and create exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences, you’ll fit right in.
In this role you'll have the opportunity to
- Own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact and complex roles across tech and business teams
- Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor—guiding with data, insights, and strong market judgment
- Lead intake and strategy sessions that go beyond logistics—anchoring teams on what “great” looks like and what trade-offs exist
- Interpret funnel metrics and pipeline health, catching risks early and making recommendations that shift strategy
- Coach hiring managers on process discipline, calibration, and inclusive decision-making
- Build and nurture diverse pipelines in niche and competitive markets
- Use AI and modern recruiting tools to speed up sourcing and improve workflows, without losing the human touch
- Run smooth, fast, and candidate-first processes that raise the bar for hiring excellence
- Represent Wealthsimple’s mission and EVP with authenticity—telling stories that inspire candidates to join us
- Share wins, challenge with care, and contribute to a high-performing, values-driven recruiting culture
What you’ll bring
- Extensive full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (technical and/or business roles)
- Proven ability to take on complex searches, improve processes, and make measurable hiring impact
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms, AI tooling, and modern recruitment technology
- The ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems while collaborating with business leaders to achieve common hiring goals
- A passion for building a better financial future and making it accessible to everyone
