This role works closely with our crews, homeowners, and teammates to ensure the construction project is done on time and exceeds quality and homeowner expectations. We specialize in roofing, siding and gutter projects that result after a severe weather event. With eleven years in the industry, and going strong, we offer on-the-job training and coaching to help you succeed. - Daily per diem provided, while traveling, of $55/day
- $20/hour with lots of overtime at $30/hour

How You'll Make an Impact
- Following the Accord proven project management process.
- Ensuring safety by participating in meeting with crew, including crew safety gear check.
- Checking material at job site and notate items needing special care.
- Taking photos to document the condition of the property, before and after job.
- Helping manage all aspects of the build.
- Conducting all inspections necessary throughout build to ensure job is done right.
- Ensuring completion of work to homeowner’s satisfaction.
- Resolving problem repairs in a timely, friendly way to create a remarkable experience.
- Communicating well with those you work with.

Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Preferred 1-3 years construction, roofing, or siding experience. (This is not required. On-the-job training provided.)
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to utilize our web-based and mobile sales applications.
Travel Expectations & Working Conditions
- This role could travel up to 80%.
- Role takes place outdoors and from a vehicle regardless of weather conditions or temperature.
Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be active most of the day working from their vehicle.
- Regularly ascends/descends a ladder to inspect roofs.
- Must be able to move heavy objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
- Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
- May need to lift up to 85 pounds.
