A requirement of the role is having one of the following licenses: NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), NYS Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCMH). Please select all of the licenses you currently hold.✱
