Who We're Looking For

    • 2+ years of relevant work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. 
    • Strong English written communication skills. Resume must be in English.
    • Fast typing speed and knowledge of keyboard shortcuts for efficiency.

    • Communicates reliably about the status of a project
    • Outstanding attention to detail

    • Experience with the Following Tech Stack
    • Job Boards: Indeed.com, Glassdoor.com, LinkedIn.com, Google.com
    • Meeting Platforms: Skype, Google Meet (Gmeet), Zoom
    • Google Drive: Drive, Doc, Excel
    • Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Lever or similar.
    • Recruiting: LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout.com
    • Search: Boolean Operators, PPC Skills Optional

What You'll Do

    • Managing every stage of the recruitment cycle
    • Establishing touchpoints and maintaining follow through
    • Consulting with others to craft holistic recruiting strategies
    • Developing an unbiased and efficient interview process
    • Deliberating with key stakeholders to identify personnel needs
    • Writing job descriptions for both internal and advertising use
    • Participating in the management of the employee referral program
    • Incorporating a data-driven approach to optimize the hiring funnel
    • Providing recruitment status reports to management
    • Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
    • Assisting with the future implementation and proper use of the ATS system
    • Launching and developing the onboarding processes for new hires
