Who We’re Looking For

WebFX is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Director of Sales Training. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that empower our sales team to exceed performance goals. This includes not only refining sales techniques but also ensuring deep understanding and mastery of our products. The Sales Trainer will work closely with sales leadership to identify training needs, develop effective product and sales training strategies, and continuously improve sales processes.

Training Development:
Design, create, and update sales training materials and curriculum to align with company goals, products, and services.
Develop training programs for onboarding new sales employees and continuous development for the existing sales team.
Utilize a variety of instructional techniques, including role-playing, e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job coaching.

Product Training 
Deliver in-depth product knowledge sessions, ensuring the sales team is proficient in understanding product specifications, advantages, and how they solve customer pain points.
Collaborate with the Product team to stay up-to-date on product changes, updates, and new launches, and ensure the sales team receives timely, accurate product training.
Conduct product deep dives and hands-on demos to reinforce learning, ensuring sales representatives are equipped to confidently discuss and sell the product.

Delivery of Training:
Conduct live and virtual sales training sessions, ensuring engagement and active participation.
Deliver product knowledge, sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship best practices to the sales team.
Foster an interactive learning environment by encouraging questions and providing constructive feedback.

Sales Coaching:
Provide one-on-one coaching sessions for sales representatives to enhance performance and address individual development needs.
Analyze sales data to identify skill gaps and develop tailored coaching plans to improve sales productivity.

Assessment and Feedback:
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics.
Track progress of sales representatives post-training and measure the impact of training initiatives on sales performance.

Collaboration and Support:
Collaborate with sales leadership and HR to assess ongoing training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to ensure training remains relevant and effective.


Qualifications/Experience:

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
At least 3 years of experience in training, coaching, or mentoring sales teams.
Minimum of 2 years leading a training team.

Skills:
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and deliver training content effectively in both group and one-on-one settings.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency with sales tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training platforms.
Comfortable with technical product demonstrations, with the ability to simplify complex product details for various learning styles.
Ability to travel to other FXHubs 2-3 times per year (Lancaster and Florida) in order to work with account management teams there.
