We're looking for a Lead Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will join our team either on a remote basis, or from one of our offices in Pennsylvania, Florida, or Michigan.

A Bachelor’s Degree
Successful FXers in this role have majored in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, Information Systems, Statistics, and beyond 

Related Skills and Experiences
2-5 years of outbound sales experience with a proven track record, ideally within the digital marketing field
Prospecting/research skills
CRM and sales tools proficiency
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong time management abilities
Advertising/marketing agency experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with websites, social media and/or digital marketing
Excel/Google Docs skills
Presentation skills

In This Role, You’ll Get To…

-Engage with warm sales leads and other sales prospects and communicate with them throughout the sales cycle
-Outreach new prospects with the goal of converting them into new clients
-Initiate contact with prospects through outbound channels such as cold calling, cold emailing, social media outreach
-Qualify leads to ensure effective partnerships
-Update and manage lead information in a customer relationship management (CRM) system
-Call and schedule appointments with sales leads
-Engage with prospects to assess their needs, pain points, and purchasing intentions
-Work to maintain our world-class customer satisfaction rate through clear and timely communication
-Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call/email activity, conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue generated
-Study the features and benefits of WebFX products and services in order to educate prospects on their value
-Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the latest trends and competitor offerings in digital marketing in order to effectively position our services

A Typical ‘Day in the Life’ Might Consist of:
5% researching current clients to uncover data points for use in the sales process
10% developing new sales materials for use in the sales process
25% prospecting and qualifying leads
60% communicating with prospective customers
100% pursuing your own personal best while delivering real-world impact for our clients!
