Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and mature Sales & Admin Manager with strong leadership and sales operations experience. In this role, you will oversee a small remote team, drive enrollment and revenue growth, and ensure seamless administrative and operational workflows. You will be responsible for setting sales targets, ensuring process compliance, maintaining accurate data, and enabling your team to consistently achieve business goals.
This role requires a results-driven, process-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, virtual environment and can balance sales leadership with administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a small remote team (sales & admin).
Conduct daily check-ins and ensure clear task assignments.
Set and monitor sales targets while ensuring consistent achievement.
Provide ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
Motivate the team to deliver on enrollments, conversions, and operational KPIs.
2. Lead & Enrollment Management
Oversee lead tracking and follow-ups through Odoo CRM.
Ensure structured and timely follow-ups on physical and virtual leads.
Standardize and improve sales call structures, pitches, and conversion rates.
Enforce correct usage of CRM, admission forms, and data capture processes.
3. Administration & Data Reporting
Supervise administrative workflows including admissions, payments, and job postings.
Maintain accurate records and dashboards in Odoo CRM and Google Sheets.
Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Identify and troubleshoot data/reporting gaps, implementing corrective actions quickly.
4. Process & Performance Improvement
Identify bottlenecks in sales and admin workflows, and drive efficiency improvements.
Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the team.
Work closely with the founder to align on strategy, sales pipeline, and operational priorities.

Who Should Apply?
Experience & Background
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or CRM-based operations.
At least 6 months of managerial/team leadership experience (remote team management is a plus).
Strong knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Odoo) and Google Sheets.
Experience in training or performance management is advantageous.
Skills & Attributes
