We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable ERP solutions across Finance and Supply Chain Management domains. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership to ensure seamless integrations, optimized performance, and reliable data flow across business systems. You’ll collaborate with functional, finance, and IT stakeholders to translate complex business needs into high-performing Oracle ERP solutions while mentoring technical teams and driving innovation in ERP technology delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Solution Design: Architect and implement end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP technical solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and business alignment.
Data Migration & Conversion: Oversee full-cycle data migration using FBDI and ADFDI tools, ensuring data integrity and validation across Finance and SCM modules.
Reporting & Analytics Development: Build and optimize reports and dashboards using BIP, OTBI, Smart View, and FRS to empower data-driven decision-making.
Integration Enablement: Design and manage system integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware platforms.
Financial Process Automation: Support automation and configuration of financial processes, including banking integrations, check printing, and reconciliation workflows.
Technical Governance & Code Quality: Define coding standards, conduct peer reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and performance benchmarks.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with functional consultants, business leaders, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver tailored solutions.
Troubleshooting & Optimization: Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues, optimizing performance across integrations, reports, and conversions.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed technical design documents, architecture blueprints, and SOPs to support scalability and audit readiness.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, assign technical tasks, and build a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
6–10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion Applications technical roles.
Strong expertise in Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
Proficiency in FBDI, OTBI, BIP, Smart View, and FRS for reporting and data management.
Experience designing and managing OIC-based integrations and working with REST/SOAP web services.
In-depth understanding of data models, workflow configurations, and ERP APIs.
Proven experience leading ERP technical teams and delivering complex cloud transformation projects.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Cloud ERP technical certification(s).
Prior experience with global ERP rollouts or large enterprise-scale implementations.
Familiarity with PaaS extensions, ADF, and VBCS for Oracle Cloud customization.
