We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead new customer acquisition and revenue generation in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on identifying high-potential leads, building executive-level relationships, and closing strategic deals. You'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that accelerate our growth across mid-market and enterprise segments.
What You’ll Do
1. Own the Sales Funnel
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure — including lead qualification, product pitches, negotiations, and deal execution.
Prospect into target accounts using a mix of outbound channels (cold emails, calls, LinkedIn, events).
2. Strategic Market Development
Research and map key industries, buyer personas, and market trends to identify ideal customer profiles.
Build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline using CRM and sales engagement tools.
3. Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Understand client pain points and business objectives to craft personalized, consultative sales pitches.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase the value and ROI of our SaaS solutions.
Build trust with stakeholders at multiple levels, including C-suite executives.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing for campaign alignment and content needs.
Partner with Product to relay customer feedback and inform roadmap decisions.
Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and account handoffs.
5. Revenue Ownership & Forecasting
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs across pipeline growth, deal velocity, and win rates.
Provide regular forecasts, pipeline insights, and performance updates to senior leadership.
6. Drive Account Growth
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Cultivate long-term partnerships that result in increased account value and customer advocacy.
What You Bring
6–10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 4+ years in SaaS or enterprise tech.
Proven success in closing high-value deals, exceeding quotas, and penetrating new markets.
Strong grasp of solution selling, value-based sales, and enterprise sales cycles.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and executive buyers.
Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
Analytical and data-driven mindset; able to track metrics and optimize performance accordingly.
Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments with evolving goals.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with early-stage SaaS products or helping scale sales functions from the ground up.
Exposure to global markets or experience selling to international clients.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
