Our product is a modern web application that manages, analyzes, and reports Frac Data for Completions Engineers and other industry experts. We work side-by-side with our customers to give them superpowers! Well, maybe not the kind of superpowers Marvel characters might have, but super powers for Completions Engineers - analyzing data in seconds! We are looking for an intellectually curious, process-oriented and humble Business Development Managerto join our Sales and Business Development team and help take us to the next level!

    • Lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships and channel sales strategies to drive revenue across multiple lines of business
    • Identify, research, segment and prioritize business opportunities in North America
    • Work closely with our leadership team to create and execute initiatives that support our vision and business model
    • Cultivate and develop strong, long-term partnerships with stakeholders and key decision makers at Field Service companies to increase awareness and use of Well Data Labs’ products
    • Manage all processes leading up to partnership and channel sales opportunities including prospecting, first contact, meetings, contract negotiation and project management
    • Communicate the Well Data Labs value propositions to key stakeholders and partners through email, phone calls, web-demos, face-to-face meetings, and attendance at industry events
    • Support the Sales team in continuously growing key account contacts with Operator customers
    • Build a detailed book of business of partner and customer relationship data in our CRM system
    • Learn the intricacies of the completions data life-cycle and become a subject matter expert in the area

Minimum Qualifications

    • 5 + years of experience in an oilfield services or business development role
    • Impeccable written and verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets and closing complex deals
    • Demonstrated aptitude for learning complex technical concepts and the ability to simplify and articulate those concepts
    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of your time to attend industry events and meet partners face-to-face
