Customer Onboarding & Training
• Guide dental offices through onboarding, from initial outreach to successful go-live.
• Configure software settings tailored to customer workflows.
• Deliver clear, engaging training sessions for staff — translating technical topics into everyday terms.
Process Improvement
• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement best practices.
• Contribute to creating documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs.
• Drive initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring continuous improvement.
Relationship Management
• Build trust with office staff and stakeholders.
• Serve as a reliable partner, ensuring confidence and satisfaction with Wellfit solutions.
Collaboration
• Work closely with account management, sales, and technical teams.
• Share insights to improve products, processes, and customer experiences.

Technical Skills

• Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics for customer data and reporting.
• Jira or similar tools for ticket tracking and resolution.
Remote Access & Support Tools
• Splashtop, TeamViewer, or RDP for remote troubleshooting.
• Strong ability to guide customers virtually and provide user-friendly explanations.
Documentation & Training
• Create detailed guides, FAQs, and knowledge base content.
• Deliver training via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar.
Troubleshooting & Resolution
• Perform root cause analysis, interpret system logs, resolve escalations with a customer-first mindset.
Process Improvement
• Streamline operations, reduce errors, implement SOPs.
• Familiarity with Lean concepts (certification not required).
