ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

HR administration

Employee Lifecycle :
Support India HR team with HR Administration when required (employment contracts & agreements, IT & System requirements, on-boarding process, exit interviews, payroll, and benefits)
Maintaining employee data (joining forms, leaves, attendance, etc.) on HRIS - Workday

New Employee Induction Process
Act as site and inventory coordinator for India for induction of New Employees
Co-ordinate all local HR and induction sessions.

Health and Safety
Support with all H&S initiatives within India, while supporting the Global initiatives when necessary.

General HR Administration:
Update personnel files – electronic / paper versions
Ensure that personnel records are fully compliant with audit & legal requirements and producing employee correspondence
Ensure the data is updated for statutory leaves (Maternity Leave, Long Sick Leave, etc.)
Assume other special projects/assignments as directed by the HR Manager & HR Generalist or site leaders
Organize travel/accommodation requests, meetings, conferences, team/company events in India
Keep updated records for inventories – laptops, electronic devices, stationery, joining kits, etc.
Managing all paperwork related to office, staff, inventory, etc.
Assisting PM/operations team with client admin management
