The Project Manager in AI Data Services is responsible for the timelines, accuracy, and customer satisfaction AI data service deliveries, as well as optimal profitability for Welocalize.

·         Manage all task assignments and workflows in Relay, ensuring adequate supply of talent
·         Ensure careful budget oversight, ensuring that all tasks assigned to talent have specific throughput requirements or fixed payment levels. Manage exceptions as necessary, ensuring that talent have proper justification for any time or cost overrun. 
·         Collaborate with Program Manager to design project schedules.
·         Setup and launch projects in Relay, close and invoice projects in coordination with Program Manager
·         Provide schedule oversight for projects, flagging tasks and deliveries that are at risk and working with the AI NLP Production Manager to remediate issues before they threaten delivery or quality. 
·         Collaborate with AI NLP Production Manager to retrain, remove or reposition talent in order to ensure that all individuals working on a project can be relied upon to perform at an acceptable level.
·         Monitor Power BI dashboards and engage with global production team to ensure that there are sufficient resources available to claim available tasks. This may include providing directives to in-market PMs to “chase” talent so that tasks are picked-up, or engaging with Talent to add more resources to the pool.
·         Coordinate the engagement life cycle for talent, from onboarding, through training and orientation, through task completion, ending in PO generation and off-boarding
·         Manage access of all talent to communications and production platforms, in coordination with IT as necessary.
·         Assist with file management (including adding files to project tasks in Relay) as necessary to support production
·         Manage all delivery and administrative communications with the client
·         Plan all meetings among internal staff, and between staff and external talent
·         Serve as first line of triage for all program specific talent concerns that surface in Zendesk, passing forward to Talent all tickets that are within their sphere and swiftly resolving others. 
·         Participate in technical operations, learning and executing standard technical processes in support of client deliveries.
