Position Overview: 

As a high-growth AI services organization, Transformation and effective change management is critical to our success. As the Director of Transformation, you will define and oversee all strategic initiatives aimed at driving significant organizational change and improvement within our dynamic organization. With your passion for technology architecture concepts combined with your naturally collaborative working style, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing transformative programs that enhance operational efficiency, financial resilience, drive cultural change, and support the long-term growth and sustainability of the Welo AI organization. 

You will also: 

- Establish and mentor a small but mighty, dedicated team with accountability for planning and executing process solutions to realize business objectives. 
- Plan and execute effective change management programs to ensure business acceptance and user effectiveness with the solutions delivered and ensure technology investments align with transformation imperatives. 
- Align and integrate existing management processes to strategize for competitive advantage.
- Assess the ongoing progress of the organization and help to drive broad changes and specific improvement initiatives necessary to achieve our goals.
- These include multiple cross-functional processes that need to be managed and/or integrated to ensure the successful development and execution of Welo AI’s strategy. 
- Work cross-functionally to direct business and operations strategy development and drive implementation of key strategic initiatives, working closely with functional teams at all levels of the organization. 
- Advise on technology strategies with a view toward continuous improvement of business processes and data integrity by applying appropriate technology to solve business problems and translate it to actionable business requirements. 
- Participate in and consult on the entire cycle of business transformation delivery, from ideation to project conception to deployment. 
- Prioritize process excellence, problem-solving, and acceleration of transformation and value creation initiatives by effectively surfacing capacity, pacing, resourcing or other issues requiring further attention. 
- Drive effective stakeholder engagement and communications. 

Requirements: 

Must have 10+ years’ demonstrated experience in Strategic Program Management in a business transformation environment, in addition to demonstrated experience in one or more of the following functional areas:
- Operations leadership;
- Solution Design;
- Commercial Leadership experience;
- Experience specifically in the AI Data services field is a plus. 
- Strong analytical and business intelligence skills. 
- Strong technical acumen and demonstrated track record of thought leadership.
- Must have comfort with reviewing technical designs and providing feedback to drive alignment, demonstrating understanding of both the business problem and the technical solution to advocate for excellence and effect change when necessary. 
- 5+ years of People Management experience with a focus on Change Management.  
- Demonstrated track record of success in developing strategy and delivering business transformation in areas such as process re-design, change management, and technology-enabled business change
- Demonstrated ability to think big, act fast, and execute with a start-up mentality while navigating at an enterprise scale.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and re-adjust plans quickly, while maintaining a good understanding of the role and how the team plays in our customers’ technology strategies. 
- Must demonstrate deep customer empathy, a respectful and inclusive leadership style, and highly effective communication skills including excellent presentation skills.
- Experience in working with globally dispersed teams is a plus.
- Effective organizational, time management, and strong analytical skills.

Welocalize carefully considers a wide range of compensation variables including geographic location, job scope and complexity, skill level, experience, or industry-specific knowledge.  Compensation will be mutually agreed upon at offer and may be above the posted range due to compensation variables.

Salary: $150K to $180K
