JOB DESCRIPTION

The Chief of Staff for our Commercial Team will play a pivotal role in shaping our Account Management strategies and driving our performance as an AIS Commercial Team including our supporting our Go to Market strategy leaders, and tying our operational and commercial cooperation in a structured and data-driven manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

AIS Commercial Strategy:

Develop and execute unique AI Data Offering account management strategies to drive client satisfaction and business performance that can be applicable between multiple Service lines and create consistent formats, processes, and procedures.
· Creating compelling account plans for shared accounts and partnering with Operations and Solutions to build detailed client proposals to win new business opportunities.
· Design complex solutions in large enterprise accounts that propel commercial goals forward and use accounts as a testing ground for future decisions and precedents in Account management approach.

Account Management:

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships as a bridge between overall Commercial and Service Delivery
· Build extended Legacy T&Cs tracking framework for all programs across AI Service Line to drive consistency and minimize back and forth prior to engaging General Counsel
· Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement for assigned accounts to support the transition from Business Development to Account Management

Training & Onboarding:

· Design complex solutions that are unique to AI Services to implement standardized onboarding and create engaging training materials in partnership with Global Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations to standardize existing and future strategies.
· Equip teams with the necessary knowledge and skills to achieve success and faster job readiness, designing new AI Services-specific processes and materials aligned with Welocalize's overall processes and strategic Marketing and Revenue Operations initiatives.
· Develop and implement robust AIS sales enablement programs to equip teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to build relationships, generate leads, and close deals effectively.

Product & Proposition:

· Monitor internal and external sources to provide input into our strategy and delivery supporting Commercial, Marking, and GTM Strategic leadership. Enhance product propositions and ensure alignment with market needs.
· Create new materials, case studies, etc., to highlight our product's value proposition and features.

Analytics & Dashboards:

· Build and interpret data-driven insights to track progress, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement to ensure effective utilization and implementation of Sales tools, implementing the Revenue Operations strategy in AI Services.
· Define in partnership with other Sales organizations KPIs, SLAs, and other metrics, as well as Quality Assurance methodologies.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the AI services industry.
· Strong matrixed leadership and team management skills, consistent with the ability to manage by influence and support cross-functional peers.
· Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in using LMS systems and sales enablement tools.
· Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with analytics tools.
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.

Salary Range: $145K to $160K.
