For this role, we are looking only for candidates with localization and translation experience. Industry knowledge is required. The focus of a Quality Program Manager is to drive achievement of customer quality objectives. In particular, this role entails the following program-specific topics: 

Quality Program Design
Program Set-up and Maintenance
Client Relationship Management
Internal and External language quality reporting
Program-specific resource management
Issue Management for program-level supplier and language quality
Program-specific resource recommendation.

    • CAPA Management tracking​

Requirements

    • Experience & Education Level

    • 4-year University degree or higher
    • 5+ years’ professional experience​
    • Localization industry knowledge
    • Client Relationship Management​
