OVERVIEW

As part of our Early Careers Program, this is a full-time paid 6 + 6 months' internship opportunity, where our interns develop the knowledge and tools needed to succeed, with mentorship provided by experienced professionals in the relevant areas and opportunities to network with major players in the industry.

MAIN DUTIES

    • Greeting all office visitors courteously, determining their needs and directing them to the proper person.
    • Keeping reception area neat and organized.
    • Operating telephone system in a professional manner to relay incoming calls.
    • Ordering all supplies, including kitchen, office and shipping supplies, copy machine/office machine supplies, ensuring all items are properly delivered per packing slip review and putting all such supplies away in a neat and organized fashion.
    • Office equipment maintenance and office vendor management.
    • Receiving, sorting, and posting all incoming shipments and coordinating all outgoing mail and shipping.
    • Building management interfacing and overseeing facilities.
    • Overseeing facility/employee health and safety, including emergency response, drills, and guides/processes.
    • Making any necessary travel arrangements and assisting with passport and travel visa needs, as requested.
    • Assist with onboarding for new hires, coordinating with People Success and IT and distributing new hire gifts.
    • Assist with Workday tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

    • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bilingual proficiency in Italian
    • German language skills would be a plus
    • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
    • Familiarity with Workday a plus.
    • Experience with invoicing would be ideal.
    • Ability to learn new programs quickly.
    • Capacity to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
    • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change.
    • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
    • Be a motivated self-starter with strong multi-tasking abilities.
