A Bit About You

The ideal candidate will have similar experience as an International SEO Account Manager or at least 3-4 years of experience as Senior SEO Executive. As an international SEO Manager, you will report to the SEO Director and will be responsible for delivering and overseeing best-practice SEO solutions for international clients. The role will include some ASO responsibilities, including supporting our international app-based clients with building and executing strategies to be more visible on the App Stores.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a portfolio of multimarket clients’ SEO & ASO activities alongside the SEO Director
    • Ensure deliveries are on time and presented with clarity of thought, actionable insights and solutions
    • Briefing in-market resources to run multilingual keyword research, SEO analysis and synthesising these insights to form strategic recommendations
    • Working with Technical SEO specialists to run and deliver technical SEO audits and provide recommendations
    • Plan for, schedule and run weekly/monthly calls with clients, prioritizing actions by impact and communicating progress
    • Create and manage SEO project plans, pulling together deliverables from different team members to contribute to the strategy
    • Work closely with the SEO Director for the costs/margins of the SEO projects 
    • Create, manage and close projects on internal project management software to ensure effective billing and invoicing of projects and payment of in-market resources

Requirements

    • Working Experience of using industry-standard SEO tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, SEM Rush, Screaming Frog to deliver search insights to clients
    • Preferred experience with ASO, using tools such as AppTweak, App Annie, or Sensor Tower 
    • Solid understanding of Technical SEO (Core Web Vitals, Structured Data, AI Overviews)
    • Experience managing external resource pool for delivery and quality assurance of in-market SEO deliverables
    • Ability to form strong client relationships through proactive suggestions of innovative solutions
    • Ability to transform data insights into client facing presentations and manage ongoing performance reviews, translating SEO metrics into clear actionable business outcomes for clients
    • Experience running competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify opportunities for improvement in visibility and traffic
    • Ability to support SEO pre-sales activity - running short analyses on prospective clients sites and suggesting initial opportunities for improvement
    • Strong organizational and project management skill set to input on multiple customer accounts and maintain timelines for client deliveries
    • Strong attention to detail in delivering client work - clarity of thought process when creating deliverables and presentations
    • Ability to work within a team and to manage and mentor the junior members
    • Confidence to share ideas for improvement of outcomes for both the team and for clients
