The Customer Success Representative will work with the European Legal Team and is responsible for handling regular transactional client business, supporting and shadowing Business Development Directors, creating client meetings, and closing new business in their own right.

The role requires a large degree of cooperation among BDDs and other stakeholders involved in the sales cycle process. Some traveling may eventually be required.


Development of an effective understanding of the Company’s business and services.
Promotion of Welocalize’s competitive value and expertise in the life sciences translation industry.
Management of key transactional customer accounts, working closely with the existing business development team.
Researching and identifying new business opportunities and supporting BDDs with opportunities.
Make presentations to senior managers and decision-makers.
Draft and deliver proposals, with assistance from the wider Sales Team.
Develop and maintain key account plans and reporting that identify opportunities for the company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecast sales.
Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.
Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.


Education Level

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a college or university a plus, related experience and/or training required.


Experience in sales or sales support environment.
Excellent knowledge of the sales cycle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong computer skills.
Native-Level in German writing and speaking.
Ability to build new relationships and maintain current ones.
Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
