As a Process Improvement Manager, your role is pivotal in enhancing efficiency, streamlining processes, and optimizing workflows across our data solution offerings. Let’s delve into the specifics of your responsibilities:

Please note that the working hours will be (10:00 PM IST to 7 AM IST), and this will be a WFM position with night allowances. 

Comprehensive Work Study:

    • Analyze Work Processes: Dive deep into the intricacies of work processes across various projects & break down individual components.
    • Conduct Time & Motion Studies: Document, observe, and measure tasks and workflows.
    • Identify Efficiency Opportunities: Pinpoint bottlenecks, redundancies, unnecessary steps, and other areas for improvement.

Throughput Analysis:

    • Client-Specific Insights: Review Guidelines & study throughput patterns for all our clients to determine target throughputs.
    • Evaluate Workloads: Understand variations in tasks & the reason for them.
    • Recommend Tailored Solutions: Propose enhancements to optimize client-specific throughputs.

Process Optimization:

    • Lean & Six Sigma Methodology: Apply Lean principles and Six Sigma tools to understand, document, and improve the workflows.
    • Standardize Work Methods: Develop and validate time standards for different types of projects. Roll out standardized work models.
    • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineers, annotators, quality managers, talent, and project managers.

Continuous Improvement Culture:

    • Mentor and Train: Share expertise & provide training on updated processes.
    • Monitor Impact: Assess the effectiveness of process enhancements.
    • Drive Efficiency: Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
    • Certification: Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Experience:

    • Proven track record in conducting time-and-motion studies, process optimization, and efficiency improvement.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to mentor and train team members effectively.
