We are looking for an English into Samoan Translator to join a newly formed team for one of our exciting global tech clients. The team will consist of a Language Lead and three to five translators. They will take ownership of the incoming work on this account, and will actively contribute to the success of the programme.

Translate and review content from English into Samoan with original meaning conveyed in a manner that is readable and understandable to target audience.

- Minimum three years' experience translating and reviewing content in the specified subject matter areas or verticals: marketing material, mobile apps, IT consumer products and entertainment, online help and UI content types.

- Experience translating for an enterprise technology client preferred

- Experience with machine translation post-editing

- Effective, proficient communicator in English

- Native fluency in target language; resides in target locale

- Degree in linguistics, translation or equivalent experience

- Experience working in a multi-vendor scenario a plus

- Experience working on Polyglot, GTT or Memsource would be desirable

- Able to follow instructions and accept feedback to constantly improve.

Volume and frequency: the estimated word count is 2-5 hours per week on average with ongoing and steady daily workload.
