Main Purpose of the Role
Welocalize is looking for an English into Danish freelance translator and proofreader with experience in the field of Life Sciences for an ongoing translation and proofreading project for multiple leading pharmaceutical providers. The project main focus will be on investigator-facing, patient-facing and pharmacy related documents.
This is an on-going freelance and remote position with an expected weekly words volume of 2k-5k.

Location: Remote
Expected Volume: 2000-5000 words per week or more
Start date: ASAP
Employment Type: Freelance/Independent Contract
Task type: Translation, Copy-editing and Machine translation post editing
Content types: Investigator-facing, patient-facing and pharmacy
CAT Tool: XTM/Phrase (we provide license)
- Minimum two years' experience translating and copyediting content in the specified subject matter areas or verticals: Investigator facing, Patient facing and/or Pharmacy material
- Excellent knowledge of English and Danish languages
- Experience using CAT tools and knowledge with the Track Changes function of Word
- Translation degree or, if other degree, 2 years of translation experience or, if no degree, 5 years of translation experience
- High quality equipment for remote interpretation
- Flexibility with working days
