The role of Project Manager in WeTransfer’s AdSales team is responsible for owning and managing the key relationships with WeTransfer’s internal clients: Marketing, Editorial, PR and Product, ensuring that their campaign objectives are met through strategic use of WeTransfer advertising inventory.

The core focus will be: establishing and investing in stakeholder relationships with internal clients in Marketing, Editorial, PR and AdSales, and working with our in-house Creative Studio to brief and deliver beautiful and impactful internal campaigns and marketing content. You’ll work with senior designers and strategists in the Creative Studio to ideate and bring to life Sales projects which could include: Showreels, Insights Reports, Case Studies and other assets aimed at marketing WeTransfer Advertising to new and existing clients. 

You will be working with senior stakeholders in the business and strengthening processes and communication between the AdSales team and the rest of the company, so a global and adaptable mindset is a must.

You will be a natural ambassador for WeTransfer Advertising within the company, and will work closely with Sales, Account Management and AdOperations to identify opportunities for internal client success and bring these proactively in front of relevant stakeholders. You will also work productively and collaboratively with our creative Studio team, from designers to developers to producers, to ensure all content produced meets WeTransfer’s high standards. 

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Project Manager or Client Success Manager who can handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, and is capable of maintaining oversight and structure in a fast-paced environment. You know what it takes to make a client happy and you have the charm and convincing power to get everyone on board to get the highest impact campaign live in time.

What you bring to the table:

    • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager or Client Success Manager in Media Sales or a similar role (media or creative agency experience is preferred)
    • A good understanding of the digital media landscape
    • Experience working with C-Suite level and senior internal stakeholders 
    • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how to translate client strategy & objectives into a creative brief 
    • Experience working with both brands and agencies alike 
    • Strong relationship building skills, both with internal stakeholders and with client and agency partners 
    • An understanding of ad serving platforms, briefing tools, and third party tracking/reporting systems like GA, Moat and Nielsen
    • High level understanding of industry standards on viewability and data
    • You are based in Amsterdam

    • Great relationship & communication skills. Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team, and confidence in negotiating with clients
    • An independent attitude. Comfortable with taking ownership and initiative, including proactively working on self-owned projects 
    • Project management capabilities, with experience in completing projects with minimal direction and high attention to detail
    • A global mindset. WeTransfer has a global sales team (Amsterdam, London, New York, L.A.) and you will need to work across time zones and be open to occasionally travel for work
    • Effective and creative problem solving and decision-making skills
    • Flexibility. You can work under pressure, are a natural multitasker and can work with tight deadlines
