As the VP of Membership Services at WHOOP, you’ll build a world-class organization to support our growing member base. You’ll leverage experience building hyper-growth organizations to help us scale from 100 to 500 and beyond as we continuously develop and evolve our existing teams to deliver unparalleled service to support the WHOOP community.
- Build, lead and develop a flexible team excited to provide world-class support WHOOP users
- Own all KPIs by gathering and analyzing multiple sources of data to make important decisions about planning, staffing, and strategy
- Drive best practices into Membership Services support processes
- Partner with the WHOOP Talent Team on HR matters
- Inspire a growing set of teams towards stretch goals and new challenges
- Partner with the WHOOP Product organization to create a roadmap of product enhancements and collaborate with other teams (Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, Marketing) to deliver them
- Experienced building multiple high-performing teams inside a rapidly growing company
- Energized by ownership of a large and critical piece of the business that has multiple complex workstreams

Our headquarters is in Boston and we would ask you to plan for roughly 1 week per month in person whenever normal business travel resumes.
