As the VP of Membership Services at WHOOP, you’ll build a world-class organization to support our growing member base. You’ll leverage experience building hyper-growth organizations to help us scale from 100 to 500 and beyond as we continuously develop and evolve our existing teams to deliver unparalleled service to support the WHOOP community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Build, lead and develop a flexible team excited to provide world-class support WHOOP users 
    • Own all KPIs by gathering and analyzing multiple sources of data to make important decisions about planning, staffing, and strategy
    • Drive best practices into Membership Services support processes 
    • Partner with the WHOOP Talent Team on HR matters 
    • Inspire a growing set of teams towards stretch goals and new challenges
    • Partner with the WHOOP Product organization to create a roadmap of product enhancements and collaborate with other teams (Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, Marketing) to deliver them

    • Unflappable when things heat up and fast to act when needed

Our headquarters is in Boston and we would ask you to plan for roughly 1 week per month in person whenever normal business travel resumes.
