As a Social Media Engagement Specialist at WHOOP, you’ll join the talented WHOOP Social Media and Community team to execute our vision for engaging and educational branded content across our largest channels. You will be responsible for keeping our community highly engaged both online and onsite at events as needed.
- Maintain the following: Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, emerging channels
- Monitor and engage with assigned channels on a daily basis by posting, reposting, scheduling, responding to comments and DMs, etc.
- Partner closely with Membership Services, Social Support Team to ensure the WHOOP community (inclusive of VIPs) is best being served on assigned channels
- Consolidate member feedback gleaned from assigned channels and disperse to the appropriate stakeholders
- Utilize Sprout Social to analyze and assess performance across assigned channels including performance of individual posts/content along with broader trends
- Ideate and execute unique, engaging social media activations to develop innovative custom content tailored to each channel/community
- Develop and oversee channel specific programming calendars that cater to targeted audiences and ladder up to overall marketing and business goals
- 3+ years of customer-facing social media experience
- Authentic knowledge of Sports, Wellness and Entertainment culture to bring insight to visuals, copy, and brand voice
- Deep understanding of current social, content, and influencer marketing practices and activations within the industry
- Strong copywriting skills
- Deep understanding of Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
- Experience with Sprout Social
- Flexible 24/7 schedule and willingness to work nights and weekends
The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
