Commercial Director - Wholesale

Reporting to the VP, Retail & Wholesale, the Commercial Director - Wholesale will help build WHOOP’s wholesale business from the ground up. In this role, you will be responsible for pipeline strategy, execution, and performance.
- Maintain a multi-year global retailer pipeline with forecasts.
- Lead negotiations and execute contracts, coordinating terms including, but not limited to assortment, margins, visual merchandising, marketing and logistics.
- Conduct ongoing diligence of the wearables wholesale industry.
- Develop SOPs to address unauthorized resellers.
- Own monthly close analysis for wholesale vertical.
- Represent wholesale in company-wide pricing and promotions strategy.
- Oversee team budget.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, and/or P&L management.
- Brings a mix of a data driven and operational mindset to the table.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
- Excitement to test, learn & iterate in a fast-paced environment.
- Not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
- Experience in building and coaching a team.
- Passion for fitness, health & technology.
- International experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to retailers and trade shows (up to 20%).
