SEM/Digital Marketing Manager

As SEM/Digital Marketing Manager at WHOOP,  you’ll help manage and drive the strategy across paid search, display, and video campaigns. Additionally you’ll help take part in the marketing team’s planning around media buying across podcasting, sponsored content, influencer marketing, and more. We’re looking for a talented marketer who is passionate about digital marketing and wants to take ownership of key marketing channels while helping to expand media buying into upcoming paid media channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage, analyze, and optimize paid search campaigns while owning strategy across search, display, and video
    • Assist in media planning and buying opportunities for sponsored content including podcast, influencer, and sponsored content marketing
    • Work with the analytics team to create reporting on campaign performance, A/B tests, and copy tests across media channels
    • Work directly with marketing and creative teams to develop assets that contribute to campaign success
    • Drive A/B tests across landing page UX, and copy while creating optimal paths for a variety of audiences
    • Actively engage in our fast-paced ‘Test & Learn’ operating approach by conducting and analyzing results and applying learnings to impact future testing and campaign optimizations to drive ROI
    • Lead as a critical thinker using data and experience to make sound decisions

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years managing Google Ads across search, display, shopping, and video campaigns
    • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Optimize
    • Ability to handle multi-million dollar budgets
    • Expert Excel skills for analytics with familiarity in data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Expert communication skills with an analytical mindset
    • Preferred experience with B2C eCommerce industries
    • Experience with media buying outside of SEM efforts is a plus
