Responsibilities:

    • Operates bucket truck to facilitate pruning and or tree removals.  
    • Perform climbing, pruning, and/or grounds tasks based upon experience.  
    • Safeguards employees and the public from hazards in and around the work area, staying in frequent voice communication with workers aloft.  
    • Participates in a weekly safety meeting and daily job briefings.  
    • Adheres to all industry and company safety standards and policies including the use of PPE. Helps enforce job safety practices.  
    • Unloads lays out, prepares, and stows materials, tools, and equipment at the worksite.  
    • Keeps work area clean and orderly.  

Qualifications:

    • A clean valid Driver’s License is required 
    • CDL and Class B license required 
    • Prior experience driving and operating a bucket truck is required 
    • Operates and maintains Bucket truck and all other equipment in a safe and responsible manner 
    • Prior experience as a climber or grounds person required 
    • Must be able to carry 50lbs at a minimum and work outside in all weather conditions
