About This Role
We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help lead and execute growth strategies across performance marketing, data, and partnerships. You will work closely with the executive team at Joblist as we build new products, scale acquisition channels, and expand into new markets. 

This is the perfect role for an experienced growth marketer who is detail-oriented and enjoys execution, but also wants to broaden their scope and help build out new growth channels. It is a unique opportunity to play a key role in helping millions of job seekers across the globe, many of whom are still unemployed or underemployed due to COVID-19. 

This is a full-time position either in San Francisco or remote. 

Role & Responsibilities

    • Manage and execute a performance-driven marketing strategy
    • Create, track, analyze, and optimize paid search campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads
    • Proactively look for creative and efficient ways to grow existing channels and launch new ones (display, retargeting, employment ad platforms, etc.)
    • Analyze data from multiple sources to uncover new opportunities for growth
    • Run A/B tests to uncover new opportunities for performance improvement across marketing channels
    • Manage development of best-in-class ad creative
    • Lead lifecycle marketing to increase customer lifetime value
    • Develop close partnerships with our external partners and build new partnerships to accelerate growth

Minimum Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
    • 5+ years of acquisition marketing experience (Google, Bing, Facebook)
    • Previous experience using bulk management tools such as Google Ads Editor and Bing Ads Editor
    • Expert in leveraging platform-specific bidding tools (Google Smart Bidding, Facebook Bid Strategies, etc.)
    • Strong proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
    • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing, including experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or other attribution platforms
    • Strong attention to detail and highly adaptable 
    • Self-starter who will thrive in an ambiguous startup environment
    • Competitive, entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred Qualifications & Prior Experience:

    • Prior startup experience working at an early-stage company
    • Background in the jobs / employment industry
    • Complex advertising account management experience
    • Diverse digital marketing experience including display, programmatic, online video, email, etc.
    • Track record of developing marketing strategies for a global audience
