This venture was ideated and developed within Wilbur Labs, a San Francisco-based startup studio.

We are looking for a proven engineering leader to join our new high-growth business venture as our Senior Engineer, responsible for user-facing applications and backend services. You will step into a central role, working alongside company leadership to design, build, and scale a platform to become the best place for consumers to find a financial advisor to help them with their personal financial needs.

In this role, as the sole full-time Senior engineer, your primary objective will be to actively participate in the development and implementation of code solutions for an efficient consumer-centric site by leveraging your technical expertise and contract engineering resources. You will be responsible for outlining engineering requirements for a fast, high-traffic consumer website, as well as infrastructure, data, and other requirements for future business services. As the business scales, you will have the opportunity to build and expand a talented team to support the delivery of products that connect consumers with their respective needs.

This is a unique opportunity to join a well-funded new venture as an early team member, build in collaboration with the CEO, Head of Product, and the Wilbur Labs studio team, and define and execute the long-term engineering vision.
