About This Role
We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to play a critical role in leading and executing growth strategies across performance marketing, data and partnerships. This role is perfect for an experienced, detail-oriented growth marketer who enjoys leveraging data to drive insights that grow the business. You will optimize and expand existing marketing channels, as well as launch and test new ones. In this role, you will develop strategies and then work cross-functionally across marketing, product, data and engineering to bring those strategies to life. This is a full-time position in San Francisco, CA.

Role & Responsibilities

    • Create, analyze, and optimize paid search campaigns in Google and Bing Ads
    • Proactively look for creative and efficient ways to grow existing channels and launch new ones (display, retargeting, travel ad platforms, etc.)
    • Analyze data from multiple sources to uncover new opportunities for growth
    • Develop close partnerships with our external partners and build new partnerships to accelerate growth

Minimum Qualifications

    • 5+ years of growth marketing experience (search, display/retargeting, etc.)
    • Expertise leveraging platform-specific bidding tools (Google Smart Bidding, Facebook Bid Strategies, etc)
    • Previous experience using bulk management tools such as Google and Bing Ads Editor
    • Strong proficiency with Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
    • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing including experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel or other analytics and attribution platforms
    • Strong attention to detail and highly adaptable 
    • Self-starter who will thrive in an ambiguous startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior startup experience working at an early stage company
    • Background in the travel industry
    • Experience marketing to a global audience
    • Experience with SQL
